  1. The quote at the start of the blog- “..who is strenuous,” . A lot of people fail to identify the strenuous exercise on the brain. They cannot embrace simplicity and calmness. “How come we are working/operating so smoothly? We are over-looking something.” If such person walks in a forest/garden to find solitude, he/she will get bored. Self-doubt and distrust are some of the biggest termites that would eat up all the trees in the forest/garden.
