Whether it is good or bad, I searched a lot and here are the answers which I got:
Going to bed late at night is not good for your health. Here are some of the reasons why:
• Going to bed late can disrupt your circadian rhythm, which is your body’s internal clock that regulates your sleep-wake cycle. Your circadian rhythm is influenced by the exposure to light and darkness, and it affects your hormone levels, body temperature, metabolism, and mood. If you go to bed late, you may have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up in the morning. You may also experience jet lag-like symptoms, such as fatigue, irritability, and difficulty in concentrating.
• Going to bed late can reduce the quality and quantity of your sleep, which can have negative effects on your physical and mental health. Sleep deprivation can impair your immune system, increase your risk of infections, inflammation, and chronic diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. It can also affect your brain function, memory, learning, creativity, and emotional regulation. It can also make you more prone to depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
• Going to bed late can also affect your lifestyle and behaviour, which can further harm your health and well-being. If you go to bed late, you may have less time and energy to exercise, eat healthy, socialise, and pursue your hobbies and interests. You may also have more temptations to consume caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, or other substances to stay awake or cope with stress. You may also have more conflicts and problems with your family, friends, or coworkers, due to your lack of sleep and mood swings.
Therefore, going to bed late at night is not good for you, and you should try to adopt a regular and consistent sleep schedule that allows you to get enough sleep and aligns with your natural circadian rhythm. You can also practice good sleep hygiene, such as avoiding caffeine, alcohol, and screens before bed, keeping your bedroom dark, quiet, and comfortable, and relaxing your mind and body before sleep. You can also seek professional help if you have any sleep disorders or medical conditions that affect your sleep.

I just listened to a podcast about sleep. I think it was the Modern Health Show. Thanks for this! With my kids older it is becoming easier to sleep. 🛌
Yes, listening to podcasts or music is the best way to sleep 😴
All these reasons are why my stalker hasn’t let me sleep normally for years.
It’s good to have someone who cares
I don’t understand your comment.
