Once upon a time, the mischievous Mice gathered for a secret meeting to concoct a master plan to outsmart their arch-nemesis, the dreadful Cat. Oh, how they longed to know when that menacing feline would pounce, just so they could scamper away in the blink of an eye! You see, dear friends, the Mice couldn’t go about their mousey business without constantly fearing those razor-sharp claws. Whether it was the cover of night or the brightness of day, they barely dared to stir from their cozy dens. But fear not, for the brave and cunning Mice were determined to turn the tables on their feline foe!

Many plans were thrown around, but none of them got a standing ovation. Finally, a cheeky little Mouse stood up and exclaimed:

I’ve got a genius plan, folks! Brace yourselves. We’ll simply hang a tiny little bell around the neck of that ferocious Cat. And voila! The moment we hear that bell jingling, we’ll know our furry foe is approaching. Easy peasy, right?

You won’t believe it, but the Mice were utterly dumbfounded that they hadn’t come up with this brilliant idea earlier. Amidst their exuberant celebration, an old Mouse stood up, scratching his mousey chin, and inquisitively asked:

“Ahem, pardon me for interrupting this glorification, but I have just one tiny question. Ahem.” clears throat, “Who on earth is brave enough to bell the Cat?”
